Startup and Future
Flexibility and Direction
As a young law firm with long-standing experience and a forward-looking perspective, we are flexible. This flexibility shapes how we work with our clients and the types of assignments we take on. We adapt to how our clients want to work and grow alongside them.
2017 – Startup
At our launch in May 2017, we set a clear direction for how the law firm of the future should operate. Our focus then, as now, has been to create a modern platform where technology, structure, and legal craftsmanship come together. That same year, we became the first Swedish law firm to join ELTA (European Legal Technology Association), gaining unique insight into the future of legal services across Europe. We also moved our offices from Stureplan to the High Tech Building at Hötorget in Stockholm.
2018 – DeLorean Labs
We established DeLorean Labs, our test environment for experimenting with new ways of delivering legal services. Here, we carried out our first AI project, advising a major Swedish IT company.
2019 – New Development Office
We expanded into a separate development office, dedicated to integrating and refining our internal legal services.
2020 – Consolidation
By 2020, we focused on consolidating previous projects, fine-tuning processes, and strengthening our innovation platform in preparation for the next stage.
2021–2024 – Expansion and Maturation
In the following years, we expanded our role as defenders in large and complex disputes. At the same time, we deepened and refined our practice model, focusing on sustainability—both for our clients and our own organisation. This phase was marked by process clarity, efficient resource use, and improvements in quality.
2025 – A New Phase
In autumn 2024, we moved into new offices—a natural step in our continued development. The move marks a new phase where we bring together the experience of our first eight years with a stronger platform for the future. Our original idea remains: to build a law firm that works both for clients and for ourselves. But today, it stands on firmer ground, with greater presence, endurance, and long-term direction.
