As attorneys, it is our philosophy to be prepared for emergency situations. Covid-19 should not obstruct legal advice. That’s why we built DeLorean Advokat – to be prepared for similar situations.

Force majeure and labor law

Covid-19 came suddenly and unexpected. The effects will affect the business world globally, for example legal projects, whether it be disputes or contract negotiations. Questions about force majeure and labor law are now common questions. Everyone will be affected.

Digital meetings

Despite the serious global situation, DeLorean Advokat has the same generous opening hours as usual and everything works as usual. Our processes has always been to combine work both personally and digitally. What has changed in recent weeks are the personal meetings. We now conduct all personal meetings remotely, for security reasons, i.e. by telephone, e-mail or via video conference. This is to protect both clients, attorneys and opposing parties.

Take back control

The important thing about losing control is to begin planning and re-take control to be able to steer to a new destination. That’s what we do. And that’s why we still remain in full force to help our clients in this difficult transition so they can land in the best possible way.
